			<abstract><p>В статье изложены проблемы строительных объектов (мостовые переезды) в бассейне малой реки Альма Бахчисарайского района Республики Крым. Приводятся результаты многофакторных исследований мостов через русло малой реки. Описаны типичные мостовые сооружения, основные типы их дефектов и повреждений. В работе дан расчет остаточного ресурса мостовых сооружений. Предложена разработанная авторами модель многофункционального программного комплекса геоинформационной системы (МПК ГИС), основанная на собранных натурных данных, структурированных в базы данных. Модель МПК ГИС направлена на риск-ориентированную структуру контроля мостовых сооружений по руслу рек. Данный продукт позволит планировать проверки в зависимости от уровня риска и остаточного ресурса сооружения.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article describes problems of construction projects (bridge crossings) in the basin of the small Alma river in the Bakhchisarai district of the Republic of Crimea. The results of multifactorial studies of bridges over the small riverbed are presented. Types of crossings structures, principal types of their defects and damages are described. The paper provides a calculation of the residual resource of bridge structures. A model of a multifunctional software complex of a geoinformation system (IPC GIS) developed by the authors is submitted, based on the collected field data structured into databases. The IPC GIS model is aimed at a risk-oriented structure for control of bridge structures along the riverbed.
