В статьи рассматриваются методические подходы к выбору тематик выпускных квалификационных работ в форме магистерских диссертации по направлению подготовки 08.04.01 «Строительство», профилю «Технологии и организация строительства». Актуальность тематики авторы обосновывают на основании опыта подготовки магистров на кафедре Технологии строительного производства Санкт-Петербургского государственного архитектурно-строительного университета. Рассматриваются основные требования, предъявляемые современными профессиональными стандартами к формированию компетенций у магистрантов. Авторы подчеркивают важность первого этапа научно-исследовательской работы в семестре, при котором обучающиеся совместно с научным руководителем должны выявить проблему и определить направления работы и сформулировать тему выпускной квалификационной работы (диссертации), основываясь на анализе опыта работы и соответствующих документированных и недокументированных источников. Предлагаются подходы к формулированию тематики исследований, основанные на выявление актуальных проблем в различных областях технологии и организации строительства. Анализируется соответствующий опыт работ, по подготовке магистров, накопленный на кафедре. Для этого этапа представлено ряд требований к выбору актуальных направлений исследования и дали рекомендации, основанные на практическом опыте работы по данному направлению. Проанализированы различные источники и направления формулирования тематик выпускных квалификационных работ магистрантов. При этом представлены соответствующие требования к наличию опыта у научного руководители обучающегося. В заключении изложены подходы к оценке работы магистрантов в семестре на основании бально-рейтинговой системы, для реализации которой представлена система начисления баллов за различные разделы выполненных ими исследований, подготовленных статей, участие в конференциях и кейс чемпионатах.
Предмет исследования: методические подходы к выбору тематики исследовательских работ магистрантов по направлению подготовки 08.04.01 Строительство (уровень магистратуры), ориентированной на профессиональную деятельность в сфере строительства объектов промышленного и гражданского назначения.
Материалы и методы: критический анализ накопленного опыта по выбору тематик выпускных квалификационных работ магистров. Системный подход к формированию соответствующий компетенций у обучающихся.
Результаты: сформированы методические походы к выбору тематик выпускных квалификационных работ магистрантов, представлены примеры формирования бально-рейтинговой системы при оценивании уровня сформированных компетенций обучающихся.
Выводы: ценность полученных выводов заключается в возможности их использовании на первом этапе научно-исследовательской работы магистрантов-строителей при выборе тематики диссертации, формулировании проблемы, цели и задач исследований.
The article considers methodological approaches to the selection of topics for final qualifying works in the form of master's theses in the direction of preparation 08.04.01 "Construction", the profile "Technologies and organization of construction". The authors justify the relevance of the topic based on the experience of training masters at the Department of construction production Technology of the Saint Petersburg state University of architecture and construction. The main requirements of modern professional standards for the formation of competencies of undergraduates are considered. The authors emphasize the importance of the first stage of research work in the semester, in which students together with the supervisor must identify the problem and determine the direction of work and formulate the topic of the final qualifying work (dissertation), based on the analysis of work experience and relevant documented and undocumented sources. Approaches to the formulation of research topics based on the identification of actual problems in various areas of technology and construction organization are proposed. The corresponding experience of work on the preparation of masters, accumulated at the Department, is analyzed. For this stage, a number of requirements for the selection of relevant research areas are presented and recommendations based on practical experience in this area are given. Various sources and directions of formulation of topics of graduate qualification works of undergraduates are analyzed. At the same time, the corresponding requirements for the student's scientific supervisor's experience are presented. In conclusion, the approaches to evaluating the work of undergraduates in the semester on the basis of a score-rating system, for the implementation of which a system for awarding points for various sections of their research, prepared articles, participation in conferences and case Championships is presented.

Conclusions: The value of the obtained conclusions lies in the possibility of using them at the first stage of research work of master builders when choosing the topic of the dissertation, formulating the problem, goals and objectives of research.
