Calculation of the period of reliability operation of the hydraulic circuit of the water supply system according to the operational reliability indicators of modern pumping equipment

Abstract
The article presents approaches to assessing the reliability of technical systems in the design. It is shown that at the design stage, the period of normal operation is considered, in which a constant failure rate of the system is provided, for which the most accurate mathematical model is the exponential law of failure distribution. In the first part of this article, the values of the failure rate for four types of pumps supplied to the Republic of Crimea are determined on the basis of statistical processing of data on their operation. The obtained values of the failure rate allowed us to evaluate the reliability indicators of the hydraulic circuit, in which various types of such pumping equipment are used. The calculation of the period of trouble-free operation of the hydraulic circuit for the water supply system of the safari park "Taigan" was performed. The analysis of the obtained calculation results is carried out, as well as recommendations for increasing the reliability of the hydraulic circuit are given.
