Abstract

The assessment of the load-bearing capacity of the structures of a mine-filled lime kiln was carried out, taking into account the damage that occurred during operation. There was a partial collapse of the refractory lining section. As a result, the temperature of the furnace barrel increased. The studies were carried out to determine the need to strengthen the structures and evaluate the effectiveness of the reinforcement option proposed by the customer.
