ECONOMIC EFFECT AT APPLICATION OF COMPOSITE REINFORCED CONCRETE SHELLS FROM UNIFIED ELEMENTS

Abstract

The article sets the task of considering spatial composite structures from the point of view of optimizing their shaping, as well as the economic effect when using composite reinforced concrete shells from unified elements. Considerable attention is paid to methods of reducing material consumption and improving technical and economic indicators. After conducting the study and comparing the results, the main indicators were deduced that met the necessary requirements. Subject: spatial composite structures, composite reinforced concrete shells of unified elements, the universal sports hall "Friendship", Danilovsky Covered Market. Materials and methods: during this study, literary and scientific sources were studied; selection and analysis of theoretical works and practical examples developed by domestic and foreign authors. When analyzing the data obtained, methods of analysis, analogy, synthesis, and deduction were used. Results: в результате исследования было выявлено, что составная железобетонная оболочка экономичнее оболочки, очерченной по единой поверхности, особенно по расходу бетона. Conclusions: Based on the study, it was found that rational types of spatial composite structures with a polygonal plan are more economical than plane structures, as well as shells outlined on a single surface. This work may be interesting for students and faculty in the specialty 08.03.01 "Industrial and civil construction."
