Editorial Policy

The policy of the editorial board of the journal "Construction and Technogenic Safety" is based on modern legal requirements regarding copyright, legality and plagiarism and defamation set forth in Russian legislation, and ethical principles supported by the community of leading scientific periodical publishers. The target audience of the journal are scientists, students (graduate students, undergraduates, students) in the field of construction and engineering sciences, urban planning and architecture, energy and electrical engineering, environmental safety, designers and practitioners of the construction complex.

KFU them. IN AND. Vernadsky, acting as a founder and publishing organization that issues scientific journals, undertakes to strictly monitor published scientific materials. We are aware of our responsibility for the proper presentation of research results, including in terms of the legal and ethical aspects of publication, set out below.

Ethical aspects and legal foundations of the editorial policy of the Journal
The editorial board of the journal is responsible for making a decision on publication, ensuring the validity of its decision by involving leading scientists from KFU named after A. IN AND. Vernadsky and outside specialists as reviewers, in collaboration with relevant scientific societies as collective experts.

The decision to publish is based on the reliability, scientific significance and relevance of the work in question.

The policy of the editorial board of the Journal is based on modern legal requirements in relation to copyright, legality and plagiarism and defamation set forth in Russian legislation, and ethical principles supported by the community of leading publishers of scientific periodicals.
When forming its editorial policy, the Journal is based on the recommendations of international organizations on the ethics of scientific publications:

Code of Conduct and Best Practice Guidelines for Journal Editors;
Code of Conduct for Journal Publishers and Principles for Transparency and Best Practice in Scientific Publishing;
COPE Ethical Guidelines for Peer Reviewers
Guidelines for retracting articles
International standards for editors and authors (International standards for editors and authors), etc., developed by the Committee on Publication Ethics - Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE);
recommendations of the European Association of Science Editors (EASE).
All participants in the process of preparing materials for publication in the Journal: authors, reviewers, members of the editorial board, representatives of the publishing house - must follow the standards of publication ethics set out below.

Authorship and copyright. Authorship and copyright. The copyright for publications remains with the authors for an unlimited period. This means that only the author has exclusive rights. Authors transfer the rights to publish an article to the publisher of the journal only on the basis of a non-exclusive license. This means that authors can transfer the rights to publish an article in other publications, but only after its first publication in the journal. Based on the non-exclusive license obtained from the author, the publisher publishes all articles on the site in the public domain in accordance with the License Agreement.

The Author means all persons (co-authors) who took part in the research and creation of the manuscript and are responsible for its content. The license agreement must be signed by all coauthors or one of the coauthors who have received this right from other coauthors by power of attorney, a copy of which must in this case be submitted to the editor. The person (author) who submitted the manuscript to the editor is responsible for the completeness of the presentation of the composition of the author's team and approval of all changes made to the test of the manuscript based on the results of its reviewing and editing.

Author's ethics. The editors expect the following principles to be observed from authors who offer their materials for publication in the journal:

the originality of the research;
providing reliable results of the work done, the absence of false statements, the error-free presentation of data;
objective discussion of the significance of the study;
inadmissibility of personal, critical or disparaging remarks and accusations against other researchers
complete exclusion of plagiarism; acknowledgment of the contributions of others, obligatory availability of libraries
